Glasgow Income Trust plc

The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.8865p per share (2007 fourth interim - 1.8865p) in respect of the year to 30 September 2008 payable on 31 October 2008 to shareholders on the register at close of business 10 October 2008. The Board is monitoring the current economic and investment conditions and their possible impact on UK corporate dividends. The Board will keep the dividend policy under review.
