GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC



The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a fifth interim dividend of
1.8865p per share (2006 fourth interim - 1.81p per share) in respect of the year
to 30 September 2007 payable on 31 October 2007 to shareholders on the register
at close of business on 12 October 2007.
