GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of
1.76p per share in respect of the year to 30 September 2004 payable on 29
October 2004 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 15 October
2004. The total of the four interim dividends declared for the year to 30
September 2004 is 4.85p.
