GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC


The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of
1.03p per share (2002: 1.03p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September
2003 payable on 28 November 2003 to shareholders on the register at close of
business on 7 November 2003.  The total dividends declared to date amount to
3.09p per share (2002: 3.09p per share).
