Dividend Declaration

GLASGOW INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of Glasgow Income Trust plc has declared a
third interim dividend of 0.625p per share (1998 0.6p per
share) in respect of the year to 30 September 1999
payable on 30 November 1999 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on 5 November 1999.  The
total dividends declared to date amount to 1.875p per
share (1998 1.8p per share).
