Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM
listed supplier of liquid chemical sterilising solutions to UK hospitals, will
be held at the offices of Maclay Murray & Spens, 5th floor, 5 Old Bailey, London
EC4M 7JX on Tuesday, 15 November 2005 at 11.00 am.

The Report & Accounts and the formal notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders
shortly.

Please note that this announcement corrects the date and address for the AGM as
stated in the Preliminary Results announcement made on Monday 3 October 2005.
