Director Shareholding

Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company was informed yesterday that on 3 May 2011, Mr Paul Swinney, Chief Executive, and Ms Elizabeth Dixon, Finance Director acquired 3,000 and 6,891 ordinary shares of 1p each  in the Company respectively.  

Paul Swinney acquired the ordinary shares at 40.5p each and Elizabeth Dixon bought at 40.7p each.  Following these transactions Paul Swinney and Elizabeth Dixon will be interested in 1,162,742 and 8,000 ordinary shares respectively, representing 2.9% and 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
