Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control products, has been informed that on 27 May 2008, Bruce Green, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 50p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Green has an interest in 914,016 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
