Tristel plc ('Tristel' or the 'Company')
Directors' Dealing
Tristel announces that Mr Paul Swinney, Chief Executive, and Mr Francisco Soler,
Non-Executive Chairman, have today disposed of 700,000 and 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Shares') respectively at 49p per share in the Company in
order to satisfy institutional demand. Separately, Mr Swinney has also today
transferred 272,727 Shares at 55p per share to Peter Stephens, Non-Executive
Director, as repayment of a personal loan made in August 2005 to settle certain
tax and national insurance liabilities arising from his exercise of 2,265,475
options upon the Company's admission to AIM on 1st June 2005.
Following the sale and transfer Mr Swinney and Mr Stephens are beneficially
interested in a total of 1,522,242 and 1,060,681 Shares in Tristel representing
6.23 and 4.34 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company
respectively.
Mr Soler and his family interests through their related vehicles are as follows:
