               Board Appointment and Change of Registered Address



Tristel plc ('Tristel'), the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination
control products, announces the appointment of Antonio Soler as a non-executive
director with immediate effect.



Mr Soler, aged 31, has been a corporate advisor to the Board of Tristel,
although not a member of the Board, since the Company's listing on AIM in June
2005.



Previously Mr Soler worked in the Office of the Chairman at Samsung Group, in
Seoul and London, as a Global Strategist. Before that, in 1991, he co-founded
Skillvest Ltd, a European technology company focused on the human capital
sector. Before Skillvest Ltd, Mr Soler worked at Merrill Lynch & Co as a
financial analyst, specialising in M&A and Corporate Finance.



There is no further information to disclose in respect of Mr Soler under
paragraph (g) of schedule 2 to the AIM rules.


The Company also wishes to announce its move to newly refurbished facilities 
adjacent to its current place of business. It is therefore changing its 
registered address to:
