The Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection 
and contamination control products, took place at 11am today, 11 December 2007. 
All resolutions were duly passed.

Tristel confirms that it will pay its full year dividend of 1p per ordinary
share to shareholders on 14 December 2007.
