Trifast has been advised that Mr G P Budd, a director of the Company, yesterday
transferred 215,955 shares into his pension fund by way of the following
transactions:

Mr G P Budd sold 215,955 shares at 78.5p
JS&P Pension Trustees Limited bought 215,955 shares at 78.5p

There has been no change to the amount of shares beneficially held by Mr G P
Budd as a result of these transactions.
