Director Shareholding and related party share purchases

Notification under paragraphs, 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on 22 November 2010, Stocktrade purchased 40,000 Trifast ordinary shares on behalf of Mr Neil Chapman's spouse, Mrs Susan Chapman at a price of 49.0p. 

Following this purchase, Mrs Chapman now has a total beneficial interest in 135,000 ordinary shares in the Company, of which, 60,000 ordinary shares are held in her SIPP and the balance in her own name. Mrs Chapman's total beneficial holding represents, 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this share purchase transaction, Mr. and Mrs Chapman have a combined interest in 635,000 ordinary shares representing 0.74% of the Company's issued share capital.
