Director Shareholding and related party share purchases

Notification under paragraphs, 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on 16 November 2010, Mr Neil Chapman's spouse, Mrs Susan Chapman purchased 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 46.5p. On 18 November 2010, a further 20,000 ordinary shares were purchased by Stocktrade for Mrs Chapman's SIPP at a price of 45.0p per share.

Following the above purchases, Mr Neil Chapman Senior Independent Director (NED) has a beneficial interest in 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital and Mrs Chapman has a beneficial interest in 95,000 ordinary shares representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
