Block Listing Application

The board of Trifast plc ("Trifast" or the "Company") announces that application
has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 500,000
Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company, and to the London
Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on its market for
listed securities. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the
existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares that may fall to be issued
pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's save as you earn share
option scheme.
