In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education market, announces that the total number of voting rights in Ordinary Shares of 5p of the Company at the date of this notice is 199,579,784.

Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
