Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which was held today at
9.00 a.m., the special resolution to approve the amendment to the Company's
Articles of Association was duly passed. The passing of this special
resolution was a condition of the Company's new banking arrangements, which
were entered into on 13 September 2001.
