                             AGM Resolutions passed


Tribal Group plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its 
Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed by the shareholders.

Copies of all resolutions passed as special business will be submitted to the 
UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
