The 2008 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') will be held at 9.00am on 30 May
2008 at 87-91 Newman Street, London W1T 3EY.

Two copies of the Report & Accounts, Notice of AGM, proxy form and proposed
amended Articles of Association to be adopted at the AGM have been submitted to
the UK Listing Authority.

Copies of these documents will be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
