Tribal Group plc have today been advised that Standard Life Investments
purchased 96,307 ordinary shares in the Company on behalf of Standard Chartered
Life Group.  This increased their interest to 1,373,147 ordinary shares, which
represents 3.037% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
