                             DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE


Tribal Group plc ('Tribal') today announced the proposed payment of a final
dividend for the year ended 31 March 2005 of 2 pence per ordinary share.


Subject to approval at Tribal's 2005 Annual General Meeting, this dividend will
be paid on 14 October 2005 to Tribal's shareholders on the register on 23
September 2005.
