Appointment of Director

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal") is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Breach to the Board as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 January 2010.

Steve's appointment follows Simon Lawton's previously announced decision to leave Tribal to pursue other opportunities. Simon will step down from the Board on 31 December 2009 but, in line with the Company's announcement of 28 September, he will remain with Tribal until the end of January 2010 in order to facilitate a smooth handover to Steve.

Steve joins Tribal from Euromedic, a leading European health services business, where he is UK Chief Financial Officer. Steve was previously Finance Director of former Tribal business Mercury Health. Steve qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst and Young and worked in their Prague office for two years, before joining their corporate finance team in the UK.  His previous experience also includes working as Special Adviser to Digby Jones (now Lord Jones of Birmingham) when he was Director-General of the CBI.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.
