                    Appointment of Non-Executive Director


The board of Tribal Group plc is delighted to announce that David Thompson has
been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
He will also become Chairman of the Group's Audit Committee.

David Thompson (49) joined Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries plc in 1977 and
subsequently led its development to become the fifth largest brewer in the UK
and one of the largest pub operators.  He is currently Chairman.

In addition he is an independent director of a number of companies including
Persimmon plc and Caledonia Investments plc, JP Morgan Fleming Smaller Companies
Investment Trust plc and The Income and Growth Trust plc.
