                     Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman


The board of Tribal Group plc is delighted to announce that Strone Macpherson
has been appointed to the Board as an independent non executive director and has
been elected Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

Strone Macpherson (55) played a key role as Executive Deputy Chairman in the
development of Misys plc which he joined in 1989 after 15 years at Flemings.

He is now an independent director of a number of companies including AXA UK plc
and Close Brothers Group plc.

Dominic Collins, currently Interim Chairman following the death of David
Telling, will remain as an independent non executive director.

Henry Pitman, Chief Executive of Tribal Group commented:
