Tribal Group plc (the 'Company') was notified today that Abacus Corporate
Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust
('the Trust') on 16 May 2006 transferred 3780 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Save As You Earn
All-employee Share Plan. The number of Tribal Group plc shares now held by the
Trust is 849,331 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 1.05% of the Company's
issued share capital.

The directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of the
Company are treated as interested in share dealings by the Trust, as the
Company's shares held by the Trust may vest in them ultimately.
