Tribal Group plc (the 'Company')

Director / PDMR shareholdings

On 20 April 2007, Abacus Corporate Trustee Limited, the trustee of Tribal
Group's Employee Share Ownership Trust (the 'Trust') transferred for nil
consideration 69,408 ordinary 5p shares on behalf of the Trust in satisfaction
of share-based incentive arrangements relating to the Company's employees.

The total number of shares now held by the Trust is 844,676, representing 1.0%
of the Company's issued share capital.

As the Trust's shares may ultimately vest in executive directors and senior
executives, all directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
(PDMRs) in the Company are treated as interested in transactions by the Trust
