Director/PDMR Shareholdings


On 6 September 2006, Abacus Corporate Trustee Limited, the trustee of Tribal
Group's Employee Share Ownership Trust ('the Trust') purchased 69,408 ordinary
5p shares on behalf of the Trust at 174p per share. It is intended that these
shares will be used to satisfy share-based incentive arrangements relating to
the Company's employees.

The total number of shares held by the Trust is 914,084, representing 1.14% of
the Company's issued share capital.

As the Trust's shares may ultimately vest in executive directors and senior
executives, all directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(PDMRs) in the Company are treated as interested in transactions by the Trust.
