Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Tribal Group plc ('the Company') received notification on 18 August 2006 that
Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, the  trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive
Plan (SIP) had purchased 10 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a 
price of 185p per share on behalf of Mrs Julie Towers, a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibility. These shares are  to be held in accordance to the
rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
