                                Tribal Group plc

Application has been made for the admission of 3,155,416 new ordinary shares of
5p each in Tribal Group plc (the 'New Tribal Shares') to the Official List of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The New Tribal Shares have been issued by way of further consideration pursuant
to earn-out arrangements (and redemption of loan notes issued as consideration)
in respect of the acquisitions of shares detailed below.

The above acquisitions were announced as indicated above. Save as set out above,
there has been no significant change affecting the matters contained in the
earlier announcements and no other significant matter has arisen in respect of
these acquisitions which would require further announcement.

The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 9 December
2005.
