                      Results of AGM held on 2 August 2007



At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were
passed on a show of hands.

Resolution 6 was passed as special business.  Copies of Resolution 6 are being
submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which  is situated at Financial Services
Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
