Result of AGM

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 11th June 2003, all
resolutions were passed including a Special Resolution giving the Company a
general authority to purchase up to 2,272,400 of its Ordinary Shares pursuant to
section 163 of the Companies Act 1985.

Copies of resolutions passed as special business are being submitted to the UK
Listing Authority for publication through the UK Listing Authority's Document
