Triad Group Plc, the information systems and software consultancy, is pleased to
announce that Dr John Rigg, non-executive chairman, is to take up part-time
executive duties within the Company with immediate effect.

John Rigg commented:

'I am delighted to be taking up part-time executive duties on the board and to
be working with the other Executive Directors to support the Company in the
challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

I look forward to announcing our preliminary results for the year ended 31st
March 2004 in due course.'
