                        Release of Options by a Director


The Company was informed on 12 September 2002 that Ian Haynes, an executive
director of the Company, released options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). The options were granted under the
Triad Group Plc Share Option Scheme on 10 July 2000 with the following prices:
14,457 at £2.075 per Ordinary Share and 185,543 at £2.100 per Ordinary Share.


Following this release of options Ian Haynes has no options outstanding.
