                            Substantial Shareholding

The Company was notified on 25 June 2004 by Liontrust Investment Funds Limited
that they held a total of 1,682,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary
Shares') representing 11.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of State Street Nominees Limited.

Liontrust Investment Funds Limited is the operator of a number of authorised
unit trusts that are managed by its sister company, Liontrust Investment
Services Limited.
