The Company was notified on 27 June 2002 by Evington Limited that following a
recent purchase it is now the beneficial owner of 2,500,000 ordinary shares
('Ordinary Shares') of 1p each representing 11.49 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.

The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Portfolio Nominees A/C EL.
