The Company was notified on 8th May 2002 by Liontrust Investment Services
Limited ('Liontrust') that Liontrust is now the beneficial owner of 1,146,500
ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') of 1p each representing 5.27 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.


The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Morgan Nominees Limited.
