Grant of Options to a Director under the Triad Group Plc Share Option Scheme



The Company announces that on 4th October 2002 Ian Haynes, an executive
director, was granted options over 200,000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per
share.



After the above event Mr Haynes had 200,000 options outstanding.
