Dealings by Director
The Company was informed on 7 July 2000 that Ian Haynes, an
executive director, bought 6,566 1p ordinary shares at 215p
per share. Following this transaction Ian Haynes is
interested in 281,566 shares representing 1.1 per cent. of
the current issued share capital.
