                                  BOARD CHANGE

Tim Harris has resigned on 5th August from the post of Director, for personal
reasons. Steps to identify and appoint a replacement Director to manage the
systems division are being undertaken, with immediate effect. The appointment is
likely to be of an external candidate.

Commenting, Dr John Rigg, Chairman, said:

' The Board would like to thank Mr Harris for his contribution as a Director for
the past three years.'
