                             Directors shareholding

M Makar, chief executive, has notified the Company that she has today purchased
1,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at 35
pence.

Her holding after the above event is 4,507,999 Ordinary Shares representing
29.75% of the issued share capital.
