The Company was made fully aware on 6 February 2001 that Ian Haynes, an
executive director, has made the following disposals of ordinary shares of 1p
each ('Ordinary Shares'):


6,566 Ordinary Shares on 22 January 2001 at 215p per share

5,000 Ordinary Shares on 23 January 2001 at 210p per share

15,000 Ordinary Shares on 6 February 2001 at 210p per share.


Following the above disposals, Ian Haynes is interested in 255,000 Ordinary
Shares.
