TREATT PLC - Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:


Treatt Plc's capital consists of 10,292,089 ordinary shares with voting rights.
262,381 shares are held in a Trust under which voting rights are waived.


Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt Plc is 10,029,708.


The above figure (10,029,708) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt Plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
