Treatt plc regret to announce that Mr Ronald Fenn, a non-executive director,
has resigned from the Board in order to take up an executive post with a US
based competitor. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank
Ronald for his significant contribution over the years and to wish him will in
his new appointment.
