Change in Holding of  a Substantial Shareholder

The Company was notified of the following changes on the 17th November 2006

Managing Director, Hugo William Bovill's holding in the Company increased to
402,497 Ordinary Shares in the Company (3.91% of the issued share capital) by
inheriting 148,993 10p Ordinary Shares (1.45% of the issued share capital).

Substantial Share Holder, Giles Rupert Bovill's holding in the Company increased
to 572,641 Ordinary Shares in the Company (5.6% of the issued share capital) by
inheriting 148,992 10p Ordinary Shares (1.45% of the issued share capital).
