The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified yesterday of the sale on 14 March 2016 by Carol Kavanagh (PDMR), and Paul Kavanagh (spouse) of 10,914 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1793p.

The purpose of the sale is for Carol Kavanagh to reinvest the monies into the forthcoming Share Matching Award.

As a result of these sales, Carol Kavanagh's beneficial interest is 163,644 shares.
