The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified today of the sale on 14 April 2015 by Amanda King, wife of Simon King, PDMR,  of 4,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1988.386p.  As a result of this sale Mr King's beneficial interest is 24,044 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
