The Board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified today of the sale on 8 May 2015 by Amanda King, wife of Simon King, PDMR,  of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 2139.9513p.  As a result of this sale Mr King's beneficial interest is 21,044 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
