We would advise that out preliminary announcement for the year ended 31st
December 1999 will be on Thursday, 9th March 2000.
The AGM will be held on Thursday, 18th April 2000 and the payment of the final
ordinary dividend will be on 17th May 2000 to shareholders on the register on
14th April 2000.
