The Board of Travis Perkins plc has today been informed that today the Constance
Travis Charitable Trust, of which Mr E R A Travis is a trustee, acquired 600,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company for nil consideration. As a consequence of this
transaction, Mr Travis' interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is as
follows:
