Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') has today been notified that FMR
Corporation and Fidelity International Limited and Edward C Johnson 3rd each
has a notifiable interest in 3,479,905 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the
Company, representing 3.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
